Flavours of white peach, ripe plums and pimento olives dominate a structured, medium-bodied palate with a pithy texture and the cherry fruit of the nose following through with hints of aniseed, fenugreek and cumin. The mid-palate is elegant and pure, with integrated acidity and a fine structure. ?Wild berries, watermelon and white pepper, linger on a zesty finish.
