Principesco Merlot

The grapes are medium ripening, it is a variety that matures around mid-September. Harvest takes place in perfect aromatic maturation, followed by fermentation with skins at 25-26°C for 10-12 days. Wonderfully herbaceous, fruity bouquet of black berries and plums. Palate – Velvety and harmonious with round texture and soft tannins.
