Pasqua 11 Minutes Rose Wine

In 11 minutes , the skin contact time from which the name originates, the noblest parts of the grapes and the slight rosy tones that characterize this wine are extracted. Once the must is obtained, it is cooled and taken to a steel tank where it will remain for about 11 hours, the time necessary for the settling of the more solid parts to take place.
