Bangalore Mule
Ingredients: 60 ml Nilgiris Gin, 15 ml Lime juice, 90 ml Ginger ale.
Process: Fill a highball glass with lots of ice and add Nilgiris, lime juice and ginger ale.
Stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Rickey
Ingredients: 60 ml Nilgiris Gin, 15 ml Lime juice, Club Soda
Process: In a highball glass, fill lots of ice and add Nilgiris and lime juice. Top it with club
soda. Stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Gin Fizz
Ingredients: 60 ml Nilgiris Gin, 30 ml Lemon juice, 20 ml Sugar syrup, 15 ml Egg white,
30 ml Club Soda
Process: Add Nilgiris, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white in a shaker and vigorously
shake. Add 3-4 cubes of ice and shake till chilled. Strain in a tall glass and top up with
club soda.
Negroni
Ingredients: 30 ml Nilgiris Gin, 30 ml Sweet Vermouth, 30 ml Red bitter liqueur
(Campari/Aperol).
Process: Pour all the ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass and stir till it’s chilled.
Strain in a glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Martini
Ingredients: 75 ml Nilgiris Gin, 15 ml Dry Vermouth, 1 dash of orange bitters.
Process: In a mixing glass, add lots of ice, Gin, Vermouth and Orange bitter. Stir till
chilled. Strain in a glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
