Early Dark Rose Wine

This beautiful Rosé wine from the Compte Tolosan area of Sud Ouest France, is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes resulting in an attractive pale pink color. To maintain the aromas, the grapes are harvested early in the morning and immediately taken to the press to reduce risk of oxidation during this delicate phase. After cold stabilization, the wines ferment slowly and gently at 16°C.
This beautiful rich pink wine has lots of red fruit aromas such as strawberry and raspberry and is fresh and fruity with a pleasant lingering finish.
