Medium garnet with matching highlights. The nose demonstrates deep spices, licorice, red fruits, and caramel. The palate is full-bodied, robust, austere, and balanced.

This wine is ideal with roasted meats, aged cheese, and white truffle from Alba. It is recommended to open two hours before serving at room temperature. Serve at 16-18°C.
