Duc De Breux

Duc De Breux

Duc de Breux is made by the company founded by Jean-Eugne Charmat, who in 1907 invented the sparkling wine production method that bears his name.

Breux is a village in northeast France, and its medieval duke was one of Charmat’s favourite historical characters.

Tasting Notes

Light and delicate, with floral and fruity notes to the fore; fine bubbles and a rounded mouthfeel are complemented by a crisp, dry finish.

The grapes are sourced predominantly from the Charentes area to the north of Bordeaux
