Moulin De Gassac Chardonnay White Wine

Chardonnay is the most famous white grape variety in the world. It produces very fine wines that express notes of white flowers, citrus and hazelnut aromas when the wine is still young.

The Chardonnay of Moulin de Gassac is very elegant and its varied aromatic palette will allow you to easily associate it with your dishes.

Cultivated on the clay-limestone plateau bordering the Etang de Thau and enjoying almost permanent sunshine, the grape variety has had time to gorge itself with sunshine and thus increase its aromatic potential tenfold.
