Color: Bright red Aroma: Fruity, flavourful wine, aromas of blackcurrant blackberry and tastes of plum, mint, sweet chalk, cloves, chocolate and herbs. Taste: Full-bodied with generous taste, with oaky character. Rich and long finish. Food pairing: Pairs excellent with red and white meat, preferably hamburgers or barbeque. The wine is also good to enjoy on its own or with a snack. Production and maturation: The grapes comes from vineyards, mainly from the northern part of Central Valley. The hot and dry climate provides powerful but elegant wines. The grapes are selected by sourcing-table process and vinified separately. After the final blend, the wine is matured in American oak for 3-4 months only, so to enhance its character with elegance.
